By signing up to use our services, you have agreed to our terms of services stated below.

  • That all the information provided are correct, accurate and up-to-date.
  • That you agree not to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of other users
  • That you would not publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information
  • That you would not advertise or offer to sell any scam product or services.
  • That you would not upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer
  • That you would not harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
  • That you would not restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the communication services
  • That you would only maintain one account
  • That the means of communication shall be proper, standard and understandable English.

Intellectual Property Claims (DMCA, Trademark Infringement) 

Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement (DMCA) 

Six 33 Four NG’s content is based on User Generated Content (UGC). Six 33 Four NG does not check user uploaded/created content for violations of copyright or other rights. 

However, if you believe any of the uploaded content violates your copyright or a related exclusive right, you should follow the process below. Six 33 Four NG looks into reported violations and removes or disables content shown to be violating third party rights.

In order to allow us to review your report promptly and effectively, a copyright infringement notice ("Notice") should include the following:

  • Identification of your copyrighted work and what is protected under the copyright(s) that you are referring to
  • Your copyright certificate(s)/designation(s) and the type, e.g., registered or unregistered 
  • Proof of your copyrights ownership, such as the registration number or a copy of the registration certificate
  • A short description of how our user(s) allegedly infringe(s) your copyright(s)
  • Clear reference to the materials you allege are infringing and which you are requesting to be removed, for example, the url, a link to the deliverable provided to a user, etc. 
  • Your complete name, address, email address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or the owner of an exclusive right that is being infringed, or are authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner or the owner of an exclusive right that is being infringed.
  • Your electronic or physical signature

You can send your Notice to: hello@six33four.ng with Intellectual Property Claims as the subject.

Note that we will provide the user who is allegedly infringing your copyright with information about the Notice and allow them to respond. 

In cases where sufficient proof of infringement is provided, we may remove or suspend the reported materials prior to receiving the user's response. 

In cases where the allegedly infringing user provides us with a proper counter-notification indicating that it is permitted to post the allegedly infringing material, we may notify you and then replace the removed or disabled material. 

In all such cases, we will act in accordance with 17 U.S.C Section 512 and other applicable laws.

If you fail to comply with all of the requirements of Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, your DMCA Notice may not be effective.

Please be aware that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on the Website is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on the site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a "Counter-Notice") by submitting written notification to our DMCA agent (identified above). Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • An identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled. 
  • Adequate information by which we can contact you (including your name, postal address, telephone number and, if available, e-mail address).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury by you that you have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you will consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside the United States for any judicial district in which the Website may be found) and that you will accept service from the person (or an agent of that person) who provided the Website with the complaint at issue.

The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your Counter-Notice. 

Please be aware that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on the Website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Trademark Infringement

Six 33 Four NG’s content is based on User Generated Content (UGC). Six 33 Four NG does not check user uploaded/created content for violations of trademark or other rights. 

However, if you believe any of the uploaded content violates your trademark, you should follow the process below. Six 33 Four NG looks into reported violations and removes or disables content shown to be violating third party trademark rights.

  • Identification of your trademark and the goods/services for which you claim trademark rights
  • Your trademark registration certificate and a printout from the pertinent country's trademark office records showing current status and title of the registration. Alternatively, a statement that your mark is unregistered, together with a court ruling confirming your rights
  • A short description of how our user(s) allegedly infringe(s) your trademark(s)
  • Clear reference to the materials you allege are infringing and which you are requesting to be removed, for example, the url, a link to the deliverable provided to a user, etc. 
  • Your complete name, address, email address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are the trademark or are authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the trademark owner
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Note that we will provide the user who is allegedly infringing your trademark with information about the TM Notice and allow them to respond. In cases where sufficient proof of infringement is provided, we may remove or suspend the reported materials prior to receiving the user's response. In cases where the allegedly infringing user provides us with information indicating that it is permitted to post the allegedly infringing material, we may notify you and then replace the removed or disabled material. In all such cases, we will act in accordance with applicable law.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the product and service we offer, we do not make refund for any purchase once made and confirmed to be in order with the product advertised and paid for.

Payment: All payment and transaction on our platform shall be in Naira and where possible US Dollars.

Responsible Listing Guidelines

Six 33 Four NG is dedicated to creating a great experience for both its buyers and sellers.  We take our responsibilities seriously, and we work to ensure that any seller services listed (“Listings”) on Six 33 Four NG and its affiliated websites are accurate, trustworthy, and reliable.  

For these reasons, we have created the following guidelines to improve the experience of all of our users.

Seller Services’ Listing Guidelines

Sellers must comply with the following when creating any Listings:

  • Listings should not include third party trademarks or logos not owned or licensed by the Seller.
  • Any seller services listed should not include any trademarks or logos that are confusingly similar to a third party’s trademarks or logos.
  • The listings should not include the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person (living or dead) without such person’s permission.
  • The listings should not contain copyrighted materials owned by others, without permission.
  • The listing promoting any seller services must be accurate and reflect the product or service actually provided by the seller.
  • The listing must make no claims that it is representative of Six 33 Four NG or is endorsed by Six 33 Four NG.

Prohibited Content:

The following content is prohibited from any listings created by sellers:

  • False, misleading, inaccurate, or unsubstantiated claims or content.
  • Fictional third-party reviews, endorsements, or comments.
  • Content that contains, promotes, or endorses:
    • Defamation, harassment, hate speech, racism, gender inequality, derogatory or distasteful, or misrepresentation against others.
    • Spyware, spam, Trojan horses, or viruses.
    • Illegal or unlawful activities.
    • Black Hat methods.
    • Methods that may violate a third party network’s terms of service.
    • Methods that violate the Six 33 Four NG terms of service.

Six 33 Four NG reserves the right to delete, alter, edit, reject or remove any Listings that do not comply with these Guidelines or meet Six 33 Four NG’ standards. Six 33 Four NG may remove any offending Listings solely based on its own reasonable judgment.

KYNELI Business Support Services reserves to the right to terminate your membership to the site if you violate any of these terms.

Six 33 Four NG is dedicated to creating a great experience for both its buyers and sellers.  We take our responsibilities seriously, and we work to ensure that any seller services listed (“Listings”) on Six 33 Four NG and its affiliated websites are accurate, trustworthy, and reliable.  

For these reasons, we have created the following guidelines to improve the experience of all of our users.

Seller Services’ Listing Guidelines

Sellers must comply with the following when creating any Listings:

BOOKSTORE

Publishers and Bookstores

Publishers and bookstore earns eighty-five percent (85%) of the sale price each time a sale is made. The payment threshold is set at five thousand (NGN 5,000), which makes it easy for you receive your earnings.

Upon request, we would transfer your earnings to your preferred bank account once the threshold is meet or surpassed.

TRAININGS

Six33Four NG is the one stop solution for human resource development needs serving the educational needs of pre-university students, undergraduate, post graduate, adult education, career, and corporate training markets.

We offer career training programs on business, personal development, entrepreneurship and much more.

Our ever-growing catalog of career training programs makes it simple for clients to reach their desired professional goals.

Instructions for Trainers and Resource Persons

Trainers on our platform are independent contractors using our platform to market and sell their services.

The training company confirms resource persons has the educational experience and certification to handle the training been offered.

  • Warranties and Permissions
  1. The training company / resource persons agrees that it has the permission to offer training services and grants KYNELI Business Support Services (Six33Four NG) the rights to market the trainings under this agreement.
  2. The training company / resource person confirms that the trainings do not contain any libelous material and shall not infringe any intellectual property right of a third party.
  3. Where there is a claim of an infringement of the intellectual property right of a third party, the training company / resource persons shall bear the losses, claims, damages, liabilities, cost and expenses as a result of such claim. To become a trainer at six 33 four NG, open a free account with us, list your training at our website and sign our respective agreement.
  • Resource Persons or Freelance Training Facilitators

Six33Four NG seeks to work with freelance training facilitators for the provision training services on our platform.

We would provide training facilities, market the trainings and do all things necessary for the training to take place while the freelance training facilitators would serve as resource persons.

Six 33 Four NG would either share profit with the freelance training facilitator or pay a consultant fee.

  • Earnings and Payment Clearance

Trainer(s) earns eighty percent (80%) of the sale price each time a sale is made. To guide against fraud on our platform, all training must pass their end date and must be cleared before it can be credited into the profile account of the user.

Once the training end date is over, the CLEAR PAYMENT would become live and the trainer can contact us for verification using the CLEAR PAYMENT link.

Once confirmed, the earnings would be cleared into the profile account of the user.

For the resource person / freelance training facilitators, six 33 Four NG would either share profit with the freelance training facilitator or pay a consultant fee.

  • Custom Training

COMPUTER BASED TEST (CBT)

Six33Four NG is the one stop solution for human resource development needs serving the educational needs of pre-university students, undergraduate, post graduate, adult education, career, and corporate training markets.

Six33Four NG offer test providers the opportunity to offer their test on our platform and earn sixty percent (60%) every time a sales is made.

Instructions for Test Providers

KYNELI Business Support Services (Six33Four NG) accepts the advertisement of computer based test (CBT) questions and answer from test provider. Such computer based test (CBT) questions and answer must meet the following criteria.

  • Certification and Educational Competence

The test provider attests he has the educational experience and certification to offer computer based test (CBT) questions and answer.

  • Warranties and Permissions
  1. The test provider agrees that it has the permission to offer computer based test (CBT) questions and answer and grants KYNELI Business Support Services the rights under this agreement shall not infringe any intellectual property right of a third party.
  2. Where there is a claim of an infringement of the intellectual property right of a third party, the test provider shall bear the losses, claims, damages, liabilities, cost and expenses as a result of such claim.
  • Earnings

KYNELI Business Support Services (Six33Four NG) agrees to pay sixty percent (60%) of the offer price to the test provider from the offer price while KYNELI Business Support Services (Six33Four NG) would be entitled to the balance of forty percent (40%).

HOME TUTORS

As a private tutor provider, we maintain a huge database of home tutors for different subjects and classes from various cities of Nigeria.

Code of Conduct for Tutors

All tutors are expected to know and follow the outlined code of conduct. 

  • Best Interest: Tutors will be committed to acting in the best interest of tutees as specified by the employing organization or institute.
  • Responsibility: Tutors will take responsibility for their own behavior and work to resolve conflicts that may arise between themselves and a client.
  • Integrity: Tutors will practice and promote accuracy, honesty, and truthfulness.
  • Fairness: Tutors will exercise reasonable judgment and take precautions to ensure that their potential biases, the boundaries of their competence, and the limitations of their expertise do not lead to or condone unjust practices.
  • Commitment: Tutors will fulfill commitments made to learners.
  • Respect for Others Rights and Dignity: Tutors will respect the dignity and worth of all people, and the rights of individuals to privacy, confidentiality and self-determination.
  • Excellence: Tutors will strive to maintain excellence by continuing to improve their tutoring skills and engage in applicable professional development activities.

A teaching aid is essentially a tool that makes it easier for the teacher to teach in class while enabling the students to learn in a more enjoyable and effective manner. 

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and ask that you do the same. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) (e.g. copyright, patents) affect the way both you and others can use your research outputs.

Instructions to Sellers and Publishers

Plagiarism

Plagiarism means "the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of the one's own original work".

Materials bought on Six33Four NG should serve ONLY as study and reference materials. They should not be submitted to your teachers, lecturers and academic superiors in full or edited and passed off as the original works of the buyer.

Hence, Six33Four NG will not be responsible for the resolution of plagiarism issue. The author will be solely responsible for resolution of plagiarism issue.

Disclaimer

No responsibility is assumed by the publisher for any injury and/or damage to persons or property as a matter of products liability, negligence or otherwise, or from any use or operation of any methods, products, instructions or ideas contained in the material herein.

Earnings
